Our Director, Kelly Nalder, spent 25 years serving New Zealanders as a Police officer. She joined NZ Police to help people and to make the world a better place - those motivations don’t disappear. They simply find a new direction.

With her background in accounting and business consulting, and a career grounded in principled decision making, clear communication, and genuine care for people, Kelly’s transition into financial advice was a natural progression - a return to work that is meaningful, connected, and deeply aligned with her values.
